What is processing time?
Processing time is the time it will take between the moment we receive your order until the time we ship the package, this is usually between 2-4 business days but usually during high season we can see delays on the processing time due to the high volume of orders, but it will not exceed the 6 business days.
USA and Canada: 6 - 20 days
Oceania: 8 - 20 days
Europe: 8 - 20 days
Latin America: 9 - 26 days
Other countries: 11 - 30 days
My tracking information is available but the tracking information is not getting updates.
This is completely normal when the package is in transit to your country the tracking information will not show any more tracking updates until the package arrives in your country.
How do I track my package?

Why is my tracking information not available yet?
In most of the cases after the package leaves our warehouse, it will go into ground transportation all the way to the distribution center, during this period the tracking information will not show any updates, usually this could take between 3-6 business days after the order is shipped. You can also check the status of your order using your tracking number and this link 17TRACK . If you think is been too long and the tracking information is not available yet please contact us and we will check for you.
